Kathy Faye Zima-Kloock, 84, of Butler, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Good Samaritan Hospice-Wexford.
She was born October 6, 1941, in Josephine, PA, the daughter of the late Ralph and Hazel (Scott) Henry.
She was a member of GraceWay Community Church and the Red Hat Society.
Surviving are her husband, Walter Kloock of Butler; her children, William (Marsha) Clark of Karns City, Lori Clark of Butler, Debora Clark of Butler, and Timothy Clark of Butler; six grandchildren, Dan, Jon, Jessica, Richard, Alexis, and Brittany; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; three sisters, Shirley Bechtel, Judy White, and Diane Murray; and also several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her second husband, Theodore Zima; and her sister, Ginger Jimenez.
Friends will be received at Young Funeral Home, Ltd., 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. with her pastor, David West, officiating.
