Keirsten Leigh Havrilesko, 53, of Renfrew, passed away Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, in Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Oct. 21, 1972, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Gerald Alan Jakovac and Gail Frances Tritsch Jakovac.
Keirsten was employed by Armstrong as a retention specialist.
She is survived by her beloved husband, David Havrilesko, whom she married Oct. 10, 2012; two daughters, Mia Kopps, of Butler, and Emilee Kopps, of Portersville; three grandchildren, Link, Saria, and Legend DeFelice; and her stepmother, Terry Lynn Jakovac, of Saxonburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be visitation at the Penn Glade Lions Club, 140 Church Rd., Butler, on Saturday, Dec. 13, from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m., followed by a memorial service. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
