It’s that time of the year again—we’re springing ahead this weekend.
Daylight Saving Time resumes this Sunday which means we move our clocks up one hour.
The jump forward officially happens at 2 a.m. Sunday.
Most cell phones and internet clocks automatically make the change now. But, some clocks on ovens, cars, and of course the old-fashioned grandfather clocks need to be reset manually.
The Pennsylvania Office of the State Fire Commissioner also reminds people that this is a great time to test batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide alarms to make sure that they are working.
