A Butler man is facing charges after he allegedly took a threatening stance towards a police officer in the City of Butler.
While out on patrol, an officer saw 22-year-old Clayton Snow standing in the middle of the road on the 200 block of West Brady Street.
Police say that Snow was standing and yelling in the street when the officer arrived-on scene. When the officer attempted to approach Snow, he allegedly removed his shirt and started making aggressive mannerisms towards another man on scene.
The officer then attempted to separate the two and that is when Snow is accused of raising a closed fist and was about to attempt to hit the officer before Snow’s mother held him back.
Snow was then put under arrested and has been charged with aggravated assault, terrorist threats, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. He’s being held in the Butler County Prison on $50,000 bond as he awaits a preliminary hearing.
