A Mars man is facing charges after he allegedly hit two nurses at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Police were called to the hospital in late September after two nurses were completing intake paper work for 63-year-old James Lingenfelter.
According to charging documents, Lingenfelter became irate as nurses began asking him intake questions, which led him to hit two nurses with a closed fist.
Police charged Lingenfelter with two counts of aggravated assault. He’s awaiting a preliminary hearing.
