Police have accused a man of taking pictures of a person in a bathroom stall at a Cranberry Township business.
On July 5th, police were called to the Hobby Lobby in Cranberry for 29-year-old Griffin Swartzlander of Emlenton who was allegedly taking pictures of a person in the bathroom without their consent.
Swartzlander allegedly held his phone under a stall as he took a picture. He was identified by witnesses on scene.
Swartzlander has been charged with possession of an instrument of a crime, criminal attempt, and invasion of privacy. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for September 19.
