A Mars man is in the Butler County Prison after he exposed himself and urinated in the back of police cruiser in Adams Township.
On Monday, police were called to the GetGo in the 100 block of Warrendale Road for two men for drinking and not leaving the property.
When officers arrived on scene they spoke with 33-year-old Polivio Guano, who police say was under the influence of alcohol.
Officers provided Guano a ride home, however he began to urinate in the back of the police cruiser, which went onto the officer. Guano was then taken into custody.
He has been charged with assault of a law enforcement officer, intuitional vandalism, open lewdness, and public drunkenness. Bail has been set at $100,000 and a preliminary hearing has been set for March 11.
