An Ohio man has been placed in the Butler County Prison after police accused him of intending to sell drugs.
On Wednesday, police stopped a vehicle on the 500 block of East Pearl Street after the vehicle violated several traffic laws.
When officers stopped the vehicle, they identified the driver as 20-year-old Resean Graham of Youngstown. During the stop the officer suspected Graham to be in possession of drugs so he asked if any were in the vehicle.
According to charging documents, Graham initially said he only had a small amount for personal use, however he later admitted to possessing more. Police eventually found eight grams of crack-cocaine.
Graham has been charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and possession of drugs. His bail was set at $75,000 and a preliminary hearing has been set for March 16.
