A man is in the Butler County Prison after he allegedly raped and sexually assaulted a woman at an apartment complex in Slippery Rock.
20-year-old Samrajya Khadka of Butler is facing numerous charges stemming from an assault that allegedly happened at the University Village apartments back on January 16th.
The victim told police that she was watching movies with Khadka and another man at her apartment. She told police she fell asleep and woke up to Khadka sexually assaulted her.
She reported the incident to police and was treated at Butler Memorial Hospital. Investigators say that she had several scratches on her torso, upper thigh and neck. She told police she had no idea how the got the scratches.
