The man on the run from police after being accused of multiple crimes has been taken into custody.
Donovan Philpot was taken into custody in Butler city on Tuesday. Philpot is accused of stealing a vehicle then being involved in a hit and run crash in Jefferson Township Monday morning.
The stolen vehicle he was driving was also discovered in Butler City Tuesday.
