A second man has pled guilty and was sentenced in the attack of an man with autism in the City of Butler.
The incident happened last September when police were called to the 200 block of West Cunningham Street for an assault. One of the victims was a 60-year-old man with autism.
Police say 21-year-old Brandon Caruso of Evans City and 21-year-old Zhamare Wyche of Butler attacked the two men.
Caruso pled guilty to the crime in July and Wyche has also now pled guilty and was sentenced for the attack.
Wyche pled guilty to criminal attempt, conspiracy, and two counts of simple assault. For the plea, he will serve 10 to 23 months in prison receiving time served. After his release he will have to serve a year of probation complete 25 hours of community service, and pay a $500 fine, the cost of prosecution and restitution.
