Rescue crews were called Friday morning to Moraine State Park for a man who allegedly fell off a kayak and into the water.
The initial call came in around 9:45 a.m. after someone heard a man screaming for help on Lake Arthur, near Porter Cove.
Rescue crews from Unionville, Prospect, and Portersville EMS as well as the Butler County Water Rescue Team arrived to find the man attached to an overturned kayak near the 422 overpass.
The man was transported by ambulance to UPMC Cranberry.
