A Butler man accused of assaulting a tow truck driver pled guilty and was sentenced in several cases yesterday.
In August of last year, police were called to the University Village at Slippery Rock Apartments for 22-year-old Joshua Campbell, who allegedly assaulted a truck driver that was towing his car.
Later that day, Campbell was seen by police before he fled on foot.
He faced several charges and pled guilty to recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 18 months of probation.
But in separate DUI case, Campbell was sentenced to 2 to 48 days in prison with one day time served.
Campbell will also have to complete 40 hours of community service and pay $5,427 in fines, fees, restitution, and cost of prosecution.
