Mars Area School District officials say there was no active threat after a message was found in a school bathroom.
A threatening message was written in a bathroom in the district’s Elementary School on Wednesday. School officials investigated and found the threat was written by an elementary school student.
A letter was sent to parents in the district, with officials saying there was no threat to the health and safety of the students and staff.
This comes a week after a bomb threat was found on a bathroom wall at Mars High School.
