In the PIAA High school playoffs Tuesday:
The Mars Lacrosse teams have won their First Round matches.
–The Mars boys defeated Cocalico 15-5. They will meet Upper Dublin Saturday.
–The Mars girls defeated Susquehannock 13-7. Next up they face West Chester Rustin.
Boys Volleyball:
–Butler defeated Dallastown 3-2 in their Class 3A First Round match. The Golden Tornado will meet Neshaminy Saturday in the quarterfinals.
–Seneca Valley fell 3-1 at State College. State College will meet undefeated North Allegheny in the quarterfinals Saturday.
The Butler-Chambersburg state quarterfinal baseball game will be played at Mt. Aloysius University Thursday. Game time is set for 4pm.
