The Mars Area School District continues to ask for community support for their mascot.
After winning the 2026 National High School Mascot Bracket last May, the Fighting Planets are competing in The 64’s annual America’s Best High School Mascot Tournament.
In the third round of six in this fan-voted online competition Mars will face the Jeanette Jayhawks. This round continues until midnight tonight.
