Matthew John Fazzino

Matthew John Fazzino, 57, of Reynoldsville, Pa., formerly of Butler, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026, in Allegheny General Hospital.
Born March 24, 1969, in Germany, he was a son of the late Samuel M. Fazzino. Sr. and Marilyn Pawlowicz Fazzino.
He was employed at Sintergy, Inc. in Reynoldsville.
Matt was a man who loved to stay busy. He also was an avid outdoorsman and a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
He is survived by five children, Chelsea Whitaker, Amber Fazzino, Angelina Fazzino, Bryanna Fazzino, and Jesse Fazzino; seven grandchildren, Alivia, Jacob, Savanna, Henry, Scarlet, Mason, and Aiden; his mother, Marilyn Fazzino; four brothers, Samuel Fazzino, Jr., Christopher Fazzino and his wife, Stella, Wayne Fazzino and his fiancée, Angela, and Scott Fazzino and his wife, Melissa; and eight nieces and nephews: Braxten, Camten, Emma, Sebastian, Althea, Kendra, Christopher, and Nicole.
He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Fazzino. Sr.
Funeral services will be private.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Martin Funeral Home Downtown, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
