At least one person was seriously injured as a result of a Thursday afternoon crash in Jefferson Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center around 1:30 p.m. for a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Great Belt and Bonniebrook Roads.
The Pennsylvania State Police and crews from Saxonburg arrived to find a patient with a compound fracture as well as two other motorists in need of medical attention.
A STAT Med Evac helicopter was called to land at the Herman Volunteer Fire Company station.
