The open enrollment period for Medicare ends this week.
Those who are eligible can make changes to their current Medicare coverage as well as join, switch or drop Medicare Advantage or Prescription Drug Coverage plans up until Tuesday (3/31).
The state offers a free health insurance counseling program through the Area Agency on Aging.
