Motorcycle Lawn Mower Crash

Yesterday afternoon a motorcycle collided with a zero turn lawn mower on Dinnerbell Rd in Jefferson Twp.  The lawn mower was driven by 72-year old Lester Byers of Butler.  Byers took his mower onto the road and while on the road it was struck by a motorcycle ridden by 28-year old Matthew Thomas of Valencia.  Both individuals sustained unknown injuries because of the crash but only Thomas’ was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.  Saxonburg EMS and fire department were on the scene
