One person was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital after a crash in Winfield Township last night.
The accident happened around 6:15 p.m. in the 600 block of Winfield Road.
Witnesses say a truck and motorcycle collided, throwing the man on the motorcycle off the bike. He was on the ground, but still conscious when crews arrived arrived. Dispatchers say he suffered a serious leg injury.
A medical helicopter was called and flew the man to a Pittsburgh trauma center.
A portion of Winfield Road had to be closed for a time.
