The NCAA men’s basketball tournament begins tonight with the two First Four games. UMBC, the University of Maryland – Baltimore County will meet Howard in a pair of #16-seed teams at 6:40pm. Texas and North Carolina State meet at 9:15pm. Both games from Dayton, Ohio will be televised on TruTv.
