A new bill has been introduced in Harrisburg that aims to address sexual harassment in the state’s capitol.
Five female members of the House Republican Caucus introduced the bill after recent cases of harassment in Harrisburg.
The bill would prevent the government from using state funds in financial settlements of sexual harassment cases. It would also strengthen some language in the House’s ethical conduct code.
One of the representatives that introduced the bill include State Representative Abby Major of Armstrong County.
