Middlesex Township has given conditional approval to add a wedding venue into the township.
On Monday, after a public hearing to turn the Pfeifer Farm into a wedding venue, the Board of Supervisors gave conational approval.
Approval cannot be finalized until the solicitor, the township manager, and a formal written agreement is reached. According to the agenda, the expected approval announcement date is July 1st baring an unforeseen event.
The owners of the venue will limit attendance to weddings to 100 people and expect to host between 20 to 40 weddings a year.
During the public hearing, there was no dissent from any other township residents.
