With the Pennsylvania Farm Show wrapping up this weekend, the half-ton butter sculpture currently on display will not go to waste.
The Table for All: Pennsylvania Dairy Connects Communities sculpture featuring members of the community gathering around the dinner table will be dismantled and transported to a dairy farm in Juniata County.
Once there, the inedible butter will be converted into renewable energy to power the farm using a methane digester.
