Police are releasing more information on a crash in Butler Township that sent one person to the hospital.
The single vehicle accident happened Friday afternoon around 3:15 p.m. in the 100 block of North Eberhart Road.
Police say 41-year-old Jason Saeler of Butler was driving north when a deer ran out in front of him.
Saeler swerved to avoid the deer, but went off the road and hit an embankment. His vehicle then rolled over onto the driver’s side and slid down the road.
Saeler was injured and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
A portion of North Eberhart Road was closed while crews cleared the scene.
