There are job cuts coming to Penn West University.
The university confirmed a dozen workers are being laid off at the Clarion and California campuses.
The jobs are in maintenance, clerical, and administrative.
The furloughs come as Penn West deals with a declining enrollment, which was down 2.6 percent this fall compared to 2024.
