Pittsburgh has been ranked one of the best cities in the country to start a career in.
Personal finance website WalletHub released a report Tuesday in the midst of college graduation season. The group compared 180 U.S. cities on 29 indicators of “career-friendliness.” The data ranged from the number of entry-level jobs available- the average starting salary- and the price of housing.
Salt Lake City, Utah topped the list- followed by Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Orlando and Austin. The two worst places to start a career were both in the south- Montgomery, Alabama and Shreveport, Louisiana.
