The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled against the counting of mail in ballots with mistakes as the recount for the U.S. Senate Seat begins today.
After several counties begun counting ballots with incorrect dating and missing signatures the Supreme Court stepped in again on this issue.
In a vote of 4-3 the State Supreme Court reaffirmed rulings they have already made in the past.
All counties must begin their recount today with the difference in votes for the Pennsylvania Senate Seat being less than 20,000.
Republican Dave McCormick is still currently leading.
