Congressman Mike Kelly is accepting applications for his annual art competition.
The yearly event seeks artwork from high school students in the 16th Congressional District.
The artwork must be two-dimensional and can include paintings, drawings, photography, and computer-generated images.
The deadline to submit artwork is April 10th.
