Roadwork is on the way for residents of two townships after county commissioners approved the use of funds.
At their meeting County Commissioners approved $50,000 each for Clinton and Oakland townships to improve major roadways.
In Clinton 2.3 miles of Cherry Valley road will be repaved to resolve rutting on the road.
Oakland will see rehabilitation several roads after damage and drainage issues from flooding this past spring.
The money comes from the $5 fee fund in Butler County.
