Slippery Rock University running back Jay Jay Jordan has been named the PSAC-West Offensive Player of the Week, following his 181-yard performance in The Rock’s overtime loss to Bloomsburg Saturday. He had a total of 261 all-purpose yards. It was the third honor of the season for the junior from Reading. He led the PSAC in both categories this season. Jordan topped 1,200 yards in Slippery Rock’s 10-game season, passing former NFL players Greg Paterra and Chuck Sanders to move into the top-10 of the program’s Single Season Yardage all-time totals.
