The Butler Transit Authority has revised their service operations in response to the snow accumulation remaining on some streets.
Route 1 has some temporary stop modifications, Route 2 remains suspended, Route 3 has several stops that cannot be serviced, and Route 5 also has some temporary stop modifications.
All Commuter Routes are fully restored and operating normally.
These modifications will remain in effect through Monday, February 2nd.
Full modifications
Route 1 Temporary Stop Modifications:
- Franklin and Brady will pick up at North & Brady
- Penn and Franklin will pick up at North & Franklin
- Penn & Chestnut will pick up at Jefferson & Chestnut
- Brady & Chestnut will pick up at Jefferson & Chestnut
- Bluff & Penn will pick up at Jefferson & Chestnut
- Route 2 remains suspended due to extremely narrow streets that do not allow for safe bus operation.
- Route 3 Service Impacts:
- The following stops cannot be serviced:
- Grapevine Center
- Franklin & Brady
- Lumar Village
- Pearl @ Second
- Carbon @ Third
- BHS Brady St. Entrance
- Butler County Children’s Center
- Butler Medical Associates stop will be on Route 8
- The following stops cannot be serviced:
- Route 5 Temporary Stop Modifications:
- Franklin & Brady is now North & Brady
- Brady & McKean is now North & McKean
- Main & Brady is now North & Main
