Sandra L. Carrico, 78, of Bellwood, PA passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025. She was born in Parkersburg, WV on December 23, 1946, to the late Elenor (William Kugel) Wigley. Sandra graduated from Beaver High School in 1966 and was employed as a caretaker and cook.
Sandra attended church at New Beginnings Free Methodist Church, where she found strength in her faith; she had love for her Lord and Savior and brought many to Christ. Sandra was known for her big heart, her giving personality and the love she had for others. Sandra loved crafts, decorating, cooking and the holidays, especially Christmas.
Sandra was the wife of the late Richard Carrico of 25 years; mother of James (Angel Butler) Snow Jr, Jeffrey Snow and Tina (Larry Black) Hoessler; grandmother of Kayla (Lewie) Clementson, Josh Snow, James (Shauna) Brown Jr, David Fouse Jr, Kyra and Kasey Marra; great grandmother of Edan, Luca, Scarlett, Qrowsauis, and Mason; she is also survived by her partner, Gary.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother.
