An adult victim of a pastor from Butler accused of sexual assault is providing more details on the assault that happened to her at the church.
Herman Rushing Jr. was the pastor at By His Grace Christian Ministries and he is facing multiple charges for assaulting underage girls and a member of his congregation.
The victim in the case spoke to our news partners at WPXI last week and said that Rushing committed the assault in the church.
She was training to become a minister when he allegedly put his arm around the victim and slid his hands up the back of her shirt. He then tried to force himself onto the victim.
Rushing is still in the Butler County Prison, with bail set at $50,000.
