The curtain is closing on a longtime theater group in Butler.
Sing Hosanna! will be disbanding at the end of the summer. The organization has been led by Ralph Christie since its founding 47 years ago.
Christie said the inability to perform during the pandemic resulted in a $30,000 loss for the group.
Since its founding in 1979, Sing Hosanna! has put on musicals, concerts, religious productions, and other community events.
Christie is asking former Sing Hosanna! members to submit a half-page note for his Sing Hosanna! memory book.
