There’s still time for Slippery Rock area residents to register for an event planned for next week.
The Slippery Rock Business Association is presenting a Thanks-for-Giving luncheon next Wednesday (11/12) from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Slippery Rock Township Building.
The cost of the luncheon is $30 and all proceeds will go to the Feed My Sheep food cupboard. Non-perishable food item donations such as cake mix, icing, and hot chocolate will also be collected.
The deadline to register for this event by email to mmcfeely@nextierbank.com is tomorrow (Wednesday).
