A Slippery Rock man is facing charges after allegedly stealing items from a Clay Township home then selling them to a scrap metal shop last year.
Last October, the owner of the scrap yard called the victim to gage interested in items available.
The victim then claimed the items were stolen from his property on the 600 block of Keister Road. Video footage from the scene show 39-year-old Justin Ealy selling the items to the scrap metal shop weeks before the call to the victim.
The total value of the items stolen is $3,600 and included a golf pump, Sunoco sign, 25 Tonka Trucks, and a scale.
Ealy has been charged with 27 counts of receiving stolen property and is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
