The United States Postal Service has decided to remove some blue collection mailboxes throughout the Butler area.
Officials say they’ve removed four total mailboxes from the Clearview Mall and in Downtown Butler.
There will now be just one mailbox at the mall and one in front of the Post Office on Main Street. Officials said they made the decision because of the lack of use.
Anyone with a residential or business mailbox can still use it to send ongoing mail.
