A local library is holding a book sale as part of an event this weekend.
The Spring Market and Book Sale is a partnership between the South Butler Community Library and Saxonburg area businesses on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Vendors will be selling wood crafts, wreaths, fresh cut flowers, and potted plants while the Friends of the Saxonburg Museum will have homemade pierogies and haluski available. Kids will be able to make a bunny bag at the library and use it to gather treats from some Saxonburg businesses.
The semi-annual Clearance Book Sale begins today at 10 a.m. today and will continue through Sunday at 2 p.m. Thousands of books, DVDs, CDs, and puzzles will be available to fill a grocery bag at a cost of just $5.
