A couple of streets in Mars will be repaired soon.
Officials confirmed that Spring and Ridge Avenues will be undergo road reconstruction and stormwater mitigation.
The project is expected to cost $218,000 with funds coming from the county’s $5 fee, Mars Borough, and a statewide match.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
County officials note that the county has utilized $1.3 million from the $5 vehicle fee, which has brought over $11 million in repairs to Butler County.
