State police are releasing crash and arrest data from the responded to July 4th holiday weekend.
Over the four-day span, state police investigated just over 800 accidents across the state. Officials say there were 12 people who died in those accidents.
Meanwhile, police say there were more than 450 DUI arrests and 58 DUI-related crashes.
Police say the number of crashes was down compared to last year, however police note the 2024 Independence Day travel period was five days instead of four.
