An event is being held later this week that aims to protect senior residents from scams that are circulating.
State Senator Elder Vogel is hosting an Elder Scams and Prevention seminar Monday at 11 a.m. at the Cranberry Township Senior Center.
The free event will feature representatives of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General covering topics like fraud, scams, and signs of nursing home abuse.
RSVP online or by phone is encouraged but not mandatory.
