New numbers show that Pennsylvanians were willing to put up big bucks to gamble on this year’s Super Bowl.
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board says that $71 million were bet on the big game this year between the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers.
However, those numbers are down 15 percent from last year. The most likely reason for the decrease would be the absence of a team from the Keystone State. Last year’s Super Bowl featured the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs.
