Teri Lynne Koglin

Teri Lynne Koglin, 61, of Butler, passed away Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, at her residence.
Born Oct. 17, 1963, in Newark, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Herman Wilson and Earline Humphrie Wilson.
Teri worked as a nursing assistant at St. John’s Specialty Care Center in Mars and at Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Butler.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Donald J. Koglin; one son, Matthew Koglin of Butler; two stepdaughters, Michele Ott, of West Deer Township, and Nichole Boulos, of Tarentum; one brother, Tony Wilson and his wife, Rhonda, of Goodrich, Texas; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Teri was preceded in death by her brother, Todd Wilson, and sister, Tina Bratton.
Friends will be received in the Martin Funeral Home Downtown, 201 E. Cunningham St, Butler, on Wednesday, Oct. 15, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Services will immediately follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Dave Maitland, of First Baptist Church, officiating.
