TSA is reminding travelers of safe practices when flying this year as people prepare to fly over Thanksgiving.
Some foods that can be carried through a TSA check point include baked goods, meats, stuffing, casseroles (as long as they meat the liquid standards), macaroni and cheese, fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, candy, and spices.
Items that should be in checked bags include cranberry sauce, gravy, canned fruits or vegetables, maple syrup, preserves, jams, and jellies.
You will also need a RealID or a passport to fly domestically.
