Motorists in the Jefferson Township area should be aware of a road closure as part of a pipe replacement project next week.
PennDOT is closing a portion of Dinnerbell Road on Tuesday from the intersection with Whitaker Road to Knoch Road.
Crews will be replacing a large cross pipe at the driveway entrance for Saxony Estates. The project is expected to be completed Tuesday but will be shifted to Wednesday if necessary due to weather.
Motorists will still be able to access the car wash from the west and the convenience store from the east. A detour will be posted using Route 8 South to Route 228 East to Saxonburg Boulevard to Main Street.
