Local residents are being asked to join in an effort to save lives for National Blood Donor Month.
Vitalant drives will take place Thursday and Friday of next week at the Butler VA Medical Center Auditorium and North Catholic High School.
Vitalant is offering all donors who give blood and opt into their Donor Rewards Program a chance to win one of 26 $500 gift cards.
