A Harrisville woman is facing charges in Grove City after falsely attempting to claim a gun at a raffle.
On July 21, police filed charges against 43-year-old Michele Stella after she claimed to be the winner of a gun from a gun raffle.
According to police, Stella did this under false pretenses.
Stella has been charged with theft by deception.
