Girl Scouts Western Pennsylvania is hosting an event this weekend in Slippery Rock that promises 3D printers, electric circuits, brick building challenges and more.
STEM Sisters Summer Social will take place Saturday from 1 to 7 p.m. at Slippery Rock Parks and Recreation on North Main Street.
Over 100 attendees including both Girls Scouts and volunteers will participate in hands-on learning experiences that foster an interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
A variety of vendors will also provide demonstrations and other learning opportunities to explore and make friends.
